Totally disappointed with intake. Nor did Dean bother to reach out. I tried to explain more to intake, but felt more brushed off, and found listening to the gentleman, he sounded more condescending. I have actually met you before Mr. Burnetti, and thought of you as an excellent attorney and individual. I will say again by knowing he gave you false information all together, to paint a picture of me in such a negative way. Mr Steele is definitely not helping your law firm. His ability to lie directly, his lack of professional communication to relay the facts. Mr Steele with the approach he takes definitely can send potential clients another direction. Also, Mr Burnetti. You chose to speak of reviews I left for others. Interesting tactic. Guess it’s to diffuse the topic directed. I actually could come back at that. Instead, I know I speak truth. It’s obvious attorneys are trained to shine the light elsewhere. I am rather a very positive person and the majority of anything I’ve said about anyone with a review has been positive, and if anything negative was said it was the truth. I did not get a voicemail from you. I double checked again and I had no voicemail left by you.
