Totally disappointed with intake. Nor did Dean bother to reach out. I tried to explain more to intake, but felt more brushed off, and found listening to the gentleman, he sounded more condescending. I wasn’t even able to explain any detail and made to feel it didn’t matter. Sometimes we should never think we are too big to listen, the punchline was totally missed. Mr. Burnetti Upon reading your reply to my review. I found that Mr Steele was not forthright with the information he provided you. I absolutely never raised my tone, nor spoke rudely. I do recall exactly what I said. I clearly stated after listening to him, and how I was made to feel by Mr. Steele. That he certainly wasn’t a good representation for your law practice . I have actually met you before Mr. Burnetti, and thought of you as an excellent attorney and individual. I will say again by knowing he gave you false information all together, to paint a picture of me in such a negative way. Mr Steele is definitely not helping your law firm. His ability to lie directly, his lack of professional communication to relay the facts. Mr Steele with the approach he takes definitely can send potential clients another direction. Also, Mr Burnetti. You chose to speak of reviews I left for others. Interesting tactic. Guess it’s to diffuse the topic directed. I actually could come back at that. Instead, I know I speak truth. It’s obvious attorneys are trained to shine the light elsewhere. I am rather a very positive person and the majority of anything I’ve said about anyone with a review has been positive, and if anything negative was said it was the truth. I did not get a voicemail from you. I double checked again and I had no voicemail left by you.

My father had a workers comp for jury, and Mr. Burnetti, along with Nitza who we had the most contact with, help guide us and carried us through the whole process. Thank you. In the end, Mr. Burnetti even gave us a surprise. Thank you and God bless this whole company!!!

I am so thankful to have worked with the office of Dean Burnetti, P.A. for my accident and workman comp case. I was forced into Medical Retirement after suffering injuries in a work-related car accident. I had heard Mr. Burnetti’s sponsorship for his office on the radio station Joy FM. This connection gave me a sense that this was the office I wanted to work with. After the initial consultation with Mr. Burnetti’s and his paralegal Nitza Parada I knew this was the office for me. Mr. Burnetti may not have hundreds or thousands of attorneys under him nationwide but what he does have is himself and a staff of dedicated and wonderful office personnel that you can call directly and speak to a live human. Let’s face it, most times you will only work with one attorney and his paralegal. A staggering staff may just cause you to get lost in the crowd and you will most likely be known as a case number. I decided that Mr. Burnetti was the office for me; along with his office staff and his paralegal Nitza, this was the best office to handle my personal case. Nitza was great at keeping me informed, calm and patient during the two and a half years it took to go through the legal process. Nitza worked with me on how to properly document different items that I was responsible for. Thank goodness Nitza is very organized and helped me to be better organized. The offices are easy to access, and the office staff was always friendly and professional. Do not misinterpret Mr. Burnetti’s calm and quiet demeanor as a push-over, he is not but he does know how to do his job. Mr. Dean Burnetti, Nitza, John Gadd (also a lawyer) were instrumental in getting me what I feel was a very successful outcome. I hope I never need his assistance again but I if I do, I will work with Mr. Burnetti again. I believe anyone would do well to entrust Mr. Burnetti for their legal case. I highly recommend Mr. Dean Burnetti for your legal matters as well. The 5 star rating is very well deserved.

Dean burnetti lost a case of mine where I was rear ended in a crash and at the scene of the crash the guy who rear ended me was given a careless driving ticket he hit me so hard it knocked the back window out of the truck Dean said we had to take it to trial because my doctor bills and lawyer bills were twenty grand and after paying that I would have nothing well he lost my case in trial and I ended up paying ten grand for a wreck I didn't even cause and have been suffering from pain ever since he had the nerve to look over at me after he lost and said how are you even still walking around with the massive herniated disc in your back and said this case isn't over well it was over and so was my life the two other people riding in the truck with me at the time went with Morgan and Morgan and won there case in six months it took two years for my case to go to trial and lost
