I met Mr. Burnetti unfortunately, almost a year after my accident, not sure of what to expect because of the horror stories I have heard from other people experiences with accident Attorneys. But sitting down talking directly with Mr. Burnett about my case, and having him to explain to me in detailed and in facts with no unrealistic expectations or promises, that was very much appreciated and since that meeting, I have referred my sister to his firm with no hesitation of knowing that her needs will be met! Absolutely the worst attorney. Said I had 2 cases. Gathered personal information during the nearly 2 yrs he had my medical malpractice case. I won't tell you the details of my case, but 2.5 months before my claim expired. He had another attorney send me a certiffied letter saying he was unable to represent me in my claim??? Wait what? Burnetti was my attorney, did he send me to someone else without telling me? Not once did his paralegal Theresa Green say there was a possibility I might lose the case. But she kept me from speaking to Burnetti through phone calls and visits. Who's running that office?
