Nitza at Dean Burnetti's law firm was wonderful always conscious of my feelings and needs to make my case's journey easier. There were tears, doubt and sometimes confusion caused by those treating my aches and pains but nitza kept me hanging in there. When I wanted to give up she reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. She was great. All the ladies answering the phone were so polite and professional.Mr. Burnetti is awesome. John was great.
