Just another attorney trying to take advantage of honest, hard working people so he can make a quick buck. He completely disregards witness testimony’s and police reports to defend his clients that are in the wrong. He does this because he knows it’s cheaper for insurance companies to pay him to go away than it is for them to defend themselves. Obviously, there are legitimate circumstances where people have been wronged and/or accidents happen, and insurance companies should have claims filed against them. However, he doesn’t care about the facts and it’s attorneys like him that make insurance so expensive for everyone.

Was called back for free consultation and spoke with Ron. The call lasted literally 59 secs. When i did answer the phone, he said "Hey its Ron, I'm calling you back" and I'm not knowing who Ron is and from where... then he stated Bernetti. Very unprofessional. Not only did he not listen to my concern, but he jumped the gun without me explaining what was going on and just told me to go the the emergency room. What does that have to do with my concern? I asked "so you guys can't help at all and his answer was a flat out "no" and in a rude tone. He didn't listen, very nonchalant and just didn't care. I wouldn't recommend! Next time Ron, Whenever you call someone, state who you are, the company and address whomever by their name. Practice better customer service sir.
